I became interested in the coaching aspect back in 1980 and then very involved
in 1990.  I currently coach youth at all levels both AAU/USATF with the Linganore
Lightning Running Club in Maryland.  I also coach High school athletes at two local
High Schools Mostly in the THROWS Events(My specialty).  I have had numerous State
