    Description: I have been involved in Athletics since 1963 in high school and college track and cross country and road racing (2:29.25 marathon PR) and for the past 17 years as a coach of girls track and cross country.  I have coached at my current high school for ten years and won 3 consecutive State Championships (89 to 91) and coached one girl who won the National Junior Olympics and National Junior Championships in the Heptathlon.  As the head coach I am heavily involved in every event which now includes the pole vault.  The girls I coach are from 12 to 18 years old.  I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  I  look forward to hearing from other coaches from around the world.
